Chimney experts on both sides of the river

America’s Chimney Experts works two areas: the North Shore of Nassau County — Greenvale, Glen Head, Roslyn, Old Brookville, Glen Cove, Sea Cliff and Locust Valley — and the Northern Valley of Bergen County, centred on Tenafly and covering Cresskill, Demarest, Closter, Alpine, Haworth, Englewood Cliffs and Englewood. Each side has its own crew, so the appointment windows we give you are real ones.

The two areas share a housing stock: large homes built mostly between the 1920s and the 1960s, usually with several flues in one stack, and almost always heated now by appliances the chimney was never designed for. That combination produces the same short list of problems again and again — cracked clay liners, condensate eating masonry from the inside, crowns sealed over instead of rebuilt, and flues left uncapped on heavily wooded lots.

Every visit is photographed and every recommendation is written down with a priority against it, so you can plan work across seasons instead of being told all of it is urgent at once. We are insured in both New York and New Jersey, our technicians are CSIA-trained, and we work to NFPA 211.
